Changes to Communication Methods

Dear Patients,

Our communications by text message are going to be severely reduced from now on. This is due to funding changes made by the Health Authority.

Instead, all future communications, including test results and appointment reminders, will be sent via email or the NHS app.

To ensure we can stay in touch with you, please provide your email address if you haven't already. For children, kindly provide a parental email address.

Additionally, we encourage you to download the NHS App to manage your healthcare and receive important updates.
