My employer has advised me to get the Hepatitis B vaccine; can I have this done at Woodgrange?

This vaccine is not offered to patients who require it for occupational health purposes. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.


Do you offer the Meningitis ACWY vaccination and do you charge for it?

The Men ACWY vaccine is given by a single injection into the upper arm and protects against four different strains of the meningococcal bacteria that cause meningitis and septicaemia – meningococcal (Men) A, C, W and Y. It is given to patients who are travelling, usually to Saudi Arabia.

Woodgrange Medical Practice charge for this service and offer it to both private and registered patients; for this service we charge £50.00.

I need to get the Yellow Fever vaccine, can Woodgrange help me with this please?

At Woodgrange we offer the Yellow Fever vaccine to both registered and non-registered patients.

We charge £55 for this service which is CASH ONLY.

Please note that the £55 is charge is for the certificate and NOT the vaccine.

Once you have been administered with the vaccine it will last forever.

Children over 9 months can get the vaccination.

If you have been booked in to have a Yellow Fever Vaccination then please:

  • Complete the Consent form and bring it with you to the appointment.
  • Ensure you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time - so staff can check the form and register you on the system
  • Ensure you bring CASH only to pay for the vaccine
